This has become one of our classic American go-to’s, whether we’re in the mood for a sandwich, a burger, or a salad. Forget limp greens and generic dressings—these salads are big, flavorful, and come topped with things like tri-tip steak and lemony chicken. We love the wild rice and kale salad, especially as the weather starts to turn colder. It’s cozy and nourishing, with a base of warm rice complemented with apples, chicken, and goat cheese.
