Invergordon Cruise Port is not solely used as a cruise ship port. It is also a busy industrial area supporting oil and gas energy and now working more and more with renewable energy. The castle on the shore of Loch Ness is home to an interpretive centre and you can visit the ruins of the castle after watching a 10 minute film its history.
